Here as promised are the recipes for my favourite and most effective juices for weight loss.
2 cups of peeled and chopped beetroot
2 cups of diced carrots
½ cup of water
5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
a pinch of salt
a few mint leaves
Add carrots, beetroot and mint leaves to the juicer. Once juiced, add, water, lemon juice and salt to the jug. Stir well and pour into a glass and enjoy.
1 cup spinach
2 stalks celery
4 leaves kale
1 inch piece of ginger
2 ripe kiwis
small bunch of parsley
Wash all the weight loss ingredients and pat dry. Cut fruit and vegetables into 1-2 inch chunks. Remove any peels. Place all in the juicer – pour and enjoy.
⅛ of a small head of cabbage
½ inch piece of ginger
Wash and prepare all the ingredients. Cut into smaller chunks if needed (depending on your juicer). Juice and enjoy!
