This fat burning smoothie recipe only contains a few ingredients AND it also uses some fruit to naturally sweeten it up! However, to keep this smoothie fat burning, I’m keeping the overall sugar fairly low while optimizing protein, fat and fiber to stay satiated and prevent snacking. I’ve also been loving this fat burning smoothie recipe after a swim or strength training workout to get the amino acids my body needs for muscle repair.
